FYI.....The definition: A point of personal privilege is a parliamentary motion that allows a member to address issues affecting their ability to participate in a meeting, such as discomfort or personal concerns. (not a maneuver to discuss a non-agenda topic) RULES FOR THEE, NOT FOR ME!!!!

Perhaps the city attorney needs a refresher on personal point of privilege..... This was used to discuss an ordinance to change city code on how meetings are held and changing the current format. 1:01:24 into the meeting, you'll see what appears to be a sidebar between the attorney and Ward 3. ??????? the attorney said...i'm glad this has come up....did he know this "personal point of privilege" was going to come up? Had he informed the mayor or the administrator? He is supposed to be the City Attorney.

From the discussion....you can hear....members of this council are proposing to change 4 sections of the city code...(a roundabout way of changing HOW the city operates instead of a formal change of government)
