By allowing council members, (who do not communicate with the Mayor and are not in city hall on a regular daily basis to set the agenda....)they can place ANY TOPIC and FINANCIAL CHANGE, ANY PERSONNEL CHANGES...Everything is on the table..

Remember the police equipment council passed last year, the parking lot for special needs playground equipment...They tried to defund these expenditures in Jan 2026!
